In the 1970s, the Poole family entered the restaurant ventilation industry. At that time, cleaning systems meant scraping and hand scrubbing ductwork, fans, and hoods. Seeing the limitations of this approach, David introduced steam cleaning and later advanced to hot water pressure cleaning systems. These innovations allowed for deeper, safer results while reducing downtime and improving efficiency.
